Requirements and Qualifications: 

• Licensed Veterinary Technician OR - One (1) year previous experience in animal care or in a clinic is preferred 
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Understand and carry out oral and written instructions 
• Basic understanding of animal behavior and health care 
• Passion for working with animals and their owners 
• Interpersonal communication skills to communicate with owners and other veterinary staff 
• Attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records 
• Physical ability to restrain larger pets when necessary 
• Able to sit or stand for a long period of time. Lift up to 50 lbs.

This job will entail a rotating 4-day work week at our Waialua, HI location. We are open Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Enjoy an excellent work-life balance.
